Hole #1 Par 5 556 505 463 463 431

The River course opens with a dogleg-right par-5. Water runs the entire left side of the hole, so favor the right side of the fairway with each shot to the green. As is the case for every hole on the River, there are no bunkers to be found.

Hole #2 Par 3 207 186 165 150 135

The well-mounded green on the par-3 second hole requires an accurate tee shot. If you miss the green, miss right to leave an easier chip. Club selection is at a premium.

Hole #3 Par 4 467 404 347 292 267

Hole No. 3 is a difficult, dogleg-left par-4. Water comes into play off the tee, and a creek must be carried with the approach shot to a large, elevated green.

Hole #4 Par 4 447 375 342 320 299

The fourth hole is a sharp, dogleg-right par-4. Long hitters can carry the mounds on the right of the fairway from the tee and gain some extra roll. Water surrounds the back of the green, but should not come into play.

Hole #5 Par 4 476 388 350 330 285

The par-4 fifth hole is a dogleg-right. Accuracy is crucial off the tee to avoid water that lines both sides of the fairway. The green can be tricky to hit and drops away on all sides.

Hole #6 Par 3 214 196 158 145 135

Hole No. 6 is a par-3 over water. The green is shallow and surrounded by mounds on all sides, leaving a difficult up-and-down to save par if your tee shot is errant. Play to the left center of the green, even if the pin is cut on the right.

Hole #7 Par 4 433 393 360 310 305

The par-4 seventh hole is a slight dogleg right. Water comes into play short of the green, so plenty of club over the green is better than short and wet. The shallow green has severe undulations.

Hole #8 Par 5 627 566 540 499 421

The par-5 eighth hole is the toughest par-5 on the River course. Water runs all along the left side of the fairway off the tee. The second shot is deceiving, so play to the 150-yard marker because the water on the right catches many shots.

Hole #9 Par 4 438 394 348 325 318

The par-4 ninth hole is a slight dogleg left and your tee shot needs to be positioned to the right of the 150-yard marker. The elevated green has water in front and left. Take an extra club to play safe.

Hole #10 Par 5 572 535 486 440 428

The par-5 tenth hole is straightaway with water down the left side of the fairway and in front of the green. Aim your tee shot towards the 250-yard marker and then layup to about 100 yards short of the green. The green is very small and extremely undulating.

Hole #11 Par 4 437 398 353 315 293

Accuracy is more critical than distance off the tee on the par-4 eleventh hole. Water comes into play on the right side with the tee shot and approach shot.

Hole #12 Par 4 454 418 379 345 340

Hole No. 12 is one of the more difficult holes on the River course. Drive the ball to the right center of the fairway on this par-4 to stay away from the water on the left. The elevated green sits high above the water and drops away on all sides.

Hole #13 Par 4 421 382 314 300 276

Play safe down the left side of the fairway on the par-4 thirteenth hole. Accuracy is premium off the tee as water runs down the entire right side. A good drive should leave a short-iron approach to an undulating green.

Hole #14 Par 3 208 186 165 120 112

Hole No. 14 is a par-3 over water and plays longer than it looks. The green is large but not very flat, leaving a difficult putt if your tee shot is not close.

Hole #15 Par 5 600 519 494 465 426

Aim for the mounds on the left center of the fairway from the tee on the par-5 fifteenth hole. Play your second shot to the right center of the fairway for the best angle to the green.

Hole #16 Par 3 187 176 163 140 132

The green is elevated and challenging on the par-3 sixteenth hole. Take an extra club, there is plenty of room to miss long. A good tee shot here will be rewarded with a makeable chance at birdie.

Hole #17 Par 4 451 378 350 319 314

You must negotiate the large tree directly off the tee on the par-4 seventeenth hole. Many tee shots have been clipped by branches. The second shot is tricky due to the elevated green, which has severe drop-offs on each side.

Hole #18 Par 4 473 365 334 324 283

Keep your drive to the right side of the fairway on the par-4 eighteenth hole. Water runs down the left from tee to green. The green is very large and has lots of break. If you keep the ball dry here you will have a good chance at a closing birdie.
