Golf World unveiled the publication’s first Readers’ Choice Awards in three categories: public golf, private golf and resort golf. For public golf, the top two locations in the country are both in Alabama, with Mobile placing in the Top 50. Here are more details on Alabama’s honors: #1 – Grand National: Opelika’s Grand National site ranked #1 as the readers’ favorite with a score of 89.86.
